Campus Activator
DC
Campus Activators are campus-based interns working as a part of the Urban Teacher’s recruitment team. Campus Activators are charged with building awareness of educational inequity and City Teaching Alliance work on their campuses. The Campus Activator, in consultation with the City Teaching Alliance recruitment staff, will work to develop and execute a detailed strategic plan aimed at inspiring top mission-aligned students to apply. In this position, Campus Activators enhance their professional skills in networking, marketing strategies, and communication while gaining an understanding of how a successful nonprofit organization operates. This is an excellent opportunity for undergraduate students who are interested in applying to be a City Teaching Alliance resident or staff member upon graduation.

The Executive Director will oversee all aspects of implementing the City Teaching Alliance program in Baltimore, collaborating with various internal teams and external partners to ensure that City Teaching Alliance is the premier teacher preparation pathway in the region. This position reports to the Chief Program Officer.

Partnership Engagement Manager, DC

The Partnership Engagement Manager is a vital member of the Partnerships Team and reports to the Assistant Director of Partnerships. The Partnership Engagement Manager leads our efforts to thoughtfully partner with local organizations, co-designs creative and innovative strategies with our community partnership, and prepares our team and participants to be active and intentional members of the communities that we serve. The Partnership Engagement Manager not only oversees all of our D.C community partnerships, but designs and implements strategies that deepens our existing partnerships and increases our impact. The Partnership Engagement manager will also manage a portfolio of school partners and oversee various special projects as it relates to participant hiring and the school selection process.
